Week 1: research one problem
Choose an area where you have knowledge or access to potential users. Collect twenty examples of repeated questions and group them by urgency. Confirm that people already spend time or money trying to solve the problem.
Write a one-sentence offer and list the assumptions that could make it fail.
Weeks 2 and 3: build and test
Create a small service sample or minimum useful digital product. Show it to a limited number of relevant people and ask what is unclear, missing or unnecessary. Do not fabricate testimonials or sales numbers.
Publish a transparent page with scope, price, delivery and support information. Make sure checkout and file delivery work on mobile.
Week 4: review evidence
Measure qualified conversations, checkout starts, completed sales, refunds, support time and buyer satisfaction. Improve the weakest step before adding more products.
If demand is weak, revise the customer or problem instead of purchasing more tools. A failed small test is cheaper and more useful than scaling an unproven offer.
