1. The service

EKBE provides fixtures, attributed headlines, score displays and independent sports-analysis information. EKBE is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, payment-card processor or prize provider. Content is not financial advice, a guaranteed outcome or an instruction to place a bet.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to access this type of information where you live. Provide accurate information, keep one account, protect your credentials and notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorised access. Automated registrations, credential sharing, account sales and access by blocked or suspended users are prohibited.

3. EKBE Coin

EKBE Coin (EKC) is a non-transferable, closed-platform access credit. It has no cash or investment value, cannot be withdrawn, traded, wagered or redeemed for a prize, and does not represent cryptocurrency or electronic money. The displayed Coin cost is confirmed before each unlock. A successfully unlocked analysis remains linked to that account and analysis version.

4. Shopier payments and automatic verification

Checkout occurs on Shopier under the price, currency, seller details and conditions shown before payment. EKBE does not collect card data. Coin is credited only after Shopier's signed notification confirms a paid, recognised Coin package and the buyer email matches a verified EKBE account. Customers do not submit receipts or order numbers to obtain Coin.

For cancellations or refunds, contact [email protected] with the Shopier order number. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. The result may depend on applicable law and whether supply of the requested digital service has begun with the legally required acknowledgements.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape at harmful volume, reverse engineer access controls, manipulate orders or balances, exploit errors, share unlocked content publicly, impersonate others, introduce malware or use the service unlawfully. EKBE may limit or suspend access to protect users, systems, rights or comply with law, while preserving records required for disputes and legal obligations.

6. Intellectual property and data sources

EKBE interface, copy, models and original analyses are protected materials. A purchase grants personal, non-exclusive access, not ownership or redistribution rights. Third-party fixtures, scores and headlines remain attributable to their respective sources and may be delayed or unavailable.

7. Uncertainty, availability and liability

Sport is inherently uncertain. Feeds, line-ups, schedules, scores and model output can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions and compliance with local law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EKBE is not responsible for gambling losses, indirect loss or decisions made as if analysis were certain. Mandatory statutory liability is not excluded.

8. Changes, contact and law

Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where necessary, presented for acceptance. Turkish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact: [email protected].
